Have you always been curious about fermenting, but lack the confidence to start? Join us for a hands-on workshop on the “why” and “how” of fermenting at home. Learn how you can safely and simply make your own delicious products, build your confi dence, gain lots of new skills and inspiration. We will be making yoghurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, milk and water kefi r. Vegan options will also be available.
